Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 6, 2026

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nexomatic’s managed event orchestration platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

02. Platform Usage & Node Deployment

Nexomatic provides a managed hub for event routing. You are responsible for the infrastructure on which you deploy the Nexomatic Node agent. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the gRPC communication protocols.
  • Circumvent sandboxing or security boundaries implemented in the Node agent.
  • Use the platform for any illegal automated processing of sensitive data.

03. Account Limitation & Termination

Nexomatic reserves the right to limit, suspend, or disable your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine or receive indications that the system is being misused, or if your usage patterns pose a risk to the Platform's stability or security.

Reservation of Rights: If Nexomatic suffers any damage—including but not limited to financial loss, operational disruption, or damage to our public reputation—resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform, we explicitly reserve the right to seek full legal damages and compensation to the maximum extent permitted by law.

04. Data Integrity & Security

Nexomatic acts as a control plane only. Your data remains within your private infrastructure. We employ industry-standard TLS encryption for all outbound-only gRPC streams. You are responsible for managing your API keys and gRPC authentication certificates.

05. Service Availability (SLA)

During the Beta phase, Nexomatic is provided "as is" without warranties of uptime. For Enterprise customers, we maintain a 99.9% availability target for the Event Hub control plane, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced via the Dashboard feed.

06. Limitation of Liability

Nexomatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the execution of scripts within your sandboxed nodes. You maintain full control over the code executed by the Sink instances.
